Nevada- a land full of fun. I visit Lake Tahoe during the sleepy season, take a detour to Death Valley and spend Halloween in Las Vegas.Read more
I wrap up my visit in California with 2 more National Parks and a visit to the Eastern Sierras/ Mammoth. I venture beyond barriers and find solitude among mountains, almost die, and find serenity under the milky way grounded in a hot spring. Oh! and I get inspired for my 3rd tattoo (which I get later in TX).
This is my second time to CA and my focus is on NorCal. I return in 2019 and focus on the South.
San Francisco to Big Sur- with a stop in Monteray. I go to my first ever Korean bath house and get naked! Then I get food poisoning and almost poop in the street like everyone else. Just kidding- but all of that does happen. I go to Monterey and visit Big Sur. California III will include Sequoia and Yosemite. IV parts total.Read more
NorCal- Crater Lake to Napa. I detour to Crater lake on my way to California. I visit the Redwoods, the lost coast, glass beach and ride the Napa Wine Train. Part II continues on in San Fran.Read more
My time in Portland is full of adventure and weirdness to say the least. I stay in the hills near the Japanese gardens in a cute AirBnb, drive into town, go to Williamette for wine, and visit a state park to do a hike with 10 waterfalls. I also get touched by a homeless man, eat lots of doughnuts and go on a date.Read more

I begin my journey in Washington state in Mt. Vernon with plans to go to San Juan Island to watch whales. After my time on the island I head to the city- Seattle, make some friends from New Orleans and the the night scene. OH! Montana; my favorite state of the whole 50. I feel like I was a bit gypped on the state. I left Yellowstone after sunset, meaning I drove through Montana in the dark.
